Our History

Advanced Carpet Care & Restoration LLC, was established in 2005 as a part time project. Four months later the business had blossomed into a very reputable operation. Brian and Andrea Parker were looking for a business they could operate together. After researching various business opportunities, they decided to establish a professional textile cleaning business in Hattiesburg MS.

From the very beginning, Brian and Andrea realized the importance and value of an IICRC education and Certification. Realizing this Brian and Andrea along with the exceptional staff at Advanced Carpet Care & Restoration immersed themselves in attending continuing education classes, studying cleaning magazines, manuals and networking with other professionals in the Pine Belt area. As a result the company began to solve many of the difficult cleaning concerns for carpet retailers, realtors, designers and homeowners.

The Advanced Carpet Care staff, Jonathan, Curtis, and Nick, has brought a service level that surpassed the client’s expectation. This paved the way for the company mission statement: To Provide the Best Service Experience Ever.
